Preview problem

The preview of the last 6 videos I posted are all blurry. I swear they do not actually look like this and if they did, I would have hoped they would get rejected. I have sent an email back to the Curator email that i got approving them and I hope the get this fixed. Cannot find item [538623]!

No currency was actually harmed in the filming of this video :D

some of my new stuff is like that as well, there was a topic somewhere a few months ago that it takes a few weeks for it to become clear for some reason, can't seem to find it now.

For some reason they generate a low-res preview when you first upload and anywhere from a week to a month later the high-quality preview is generated to replace it (timing depends on how many clips are in the queue).

I thought Marcus had the hi res preview now more automatic immediate. There must be some hickups in the system cause I had a lot of real muddy previews with lots of flat and artifacts showing. Kinda hard to sell HD video when the preview doesn't look great. Hey Marcus ... what's happening now?

They emailed me and said that it messed up and they reset it and now it looks good. Thanks guys :)

Did they go back and catch all the footage that were processed with the bad preview builder?
