Minor Model Release

I am going to start uploading some shots of my kids and was having a look at the minor model release. Can I be the releasor and the photographer and the whitness? It seems like I should be able to create a "blanket child exploitation form" without having to go hunt down a whitness. At least until they are eighteen...

You can't be all three, you can be the photographer and parent but you will need a third party (someone not in the video either) to be the witness.

Think about it if you were the witness too, how would anyone really know if you didn't just make it up. You know it's your kids but you have to think about Pond5 or anyone else you may upload to. How do they know?

Anyway, I have had video rejected because of being the photographer and witness so it's a no no.

If your wife is around she can be the witness.

Or the dog... I think a paw print counts as a witness signature..

Only if you and the dog live in Kansas.
