Problem Uploading 4K Footage

I have been trying for days to upload some footage via the website and ftp and the files continue to fail.

states that 4K footage needs to be under 5GB and my clips size are 3.6 gb and 2.11 gb. I recently uploaded a file that was just under 2gb and had success. Is 5GB not the limit is it 2GB?

Many are having the same problem for some time now. They get stuck in a loop or multiple corrupt files are made which get stuck in "processing". Then the stuck "processing" files cannot be deleted. P5 has known of this problem for a long time.

Mine never show up at all. I wait for the upload to end then get an error. So what you are telling me is if you have 4K footage larger than 2gb, we can't upload here?
