Uploading new music & the Pond5 criteria

Hello Everyone:
I few months ago I decided to upload 19 new music tracks I had available for sale. The day after, I found that all the 19 tracks were rejected, accompanied with a generic text like this "Oftentimes we already have too much of any given genre or style. Other times, tracks don't register as being memorable or effective. Curators use a wide range of criteria -- both subjective and objective -- to make their final call".
I know my quality is OK, since I had successfully uploaded 47 tracks in the past with no rejections. So I decided to write an e-mail to complain about this, because I spent a lot of time uploading, tagging, etc, and I had no chance at all to get my files on sale. Even, after that, one of my oldest tracks had been sold. So the problem clearly is not my quality.
I asked them to specify what type of music is on demand, so in case I want to upload something, I have more chances to avoid rejection. But still got no reply... Anyone else had the same problem? Does anyone know where to find this information if there exist?
Regards!
