Not receiving the verification email

Hi,

I'm based in the UK and trying to join Pond5 and also Shutterstock, the trouble is I'm not receiving the verification email from either. After looking at the help pages , all they say is look in your spam folder or check spelling of email, both of which I've done. I've email both a direct email asking for advice, but niether have replied.

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so how did you get around it.
