Cursor Vanishing and Timeline won't play

I have run into this issue for a while now where I am unable to play my a video in the timeline of premiere pro or my cursor vanishes. I finally just realized after several tests that the problem is when I open the extension add on for Pond5 in my project. I open the Pond5 add on in Premiere Pro CC 2017 and soon after my cursor disappears and I am unable to get the space bar to allow play back on the timeline. I am also unable to get the play button in the program monitor to work. I was hopping the last update would fix but it happened again today.
