Rendering tips for NewBie

does any one have tips on the best (.mov/PJPEG/AVCHD ?) rendering settings for canon 5d mk2 files?

For the 5DMKII the correct settings are:

For The HD 1080p file:
Size: 1920 x 1080
Format: Quicktime MOV
Codec: PhotoJPEG
Quality: 95%
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0 (square pixels)
Frame Rate: 30 fps
Field Dominance: none (progressive)
Audio: uncompressed or OFF entirely

yep..........could be 90 to 95%
