30 second music

Just a suggestion here.
I've been doing some commercials and it's hard to find music that is exactly 30 seconds in length to fit the timeline of a TV commercial.
I've seen on some music sites, producers will upload different versions or cuts of the same song.
Full length
60 second
30 second
Of course I can cut the song and fade to the end but sometimes that makes a weird ending to the commercial.

I always wondered if this would apply also to certain clips that should be 30 seconds long. I am now bringing some of my new clips from the usual 12-20 seconds to 31 seconds.

Hi Jake,
I have a lot of 30 second and 60 second versions of existing songs that are on Pond5. If you need something specific email me.

Thanks for the tip Jake! We are quite "green" in selling stock audio and our catalog have only a few 30 sec edit.
As far as we have browsed through Pond5 market, it seems that positive and upbeat music would have best potential on commercial 30sec and 60s edits?
Jon: Just listening to your music and it's nice benchmark for us :)

It really depends on the mood of the spot. But I think a more positive upbeat would work most.

Hi, I'm pretty new here with this. If making these 30sec clips, where should these be placed, because, the pop-up should be categorized better! In the musical style like pop or country, or in the use of the clip like business / corporate or beats / loops and audio logos, and so on?
And should they have fade-ins and fade-outs, or should it be seamlessly loopable ?

to kk5gy:
typing "30sec" tag with desired mood in search field gives good results - if only contributor had tagged tracks accordingly.
For example, I'm seeking a fast dynamic positive music on 30s commercial:
"30sec active", "30sec dynamic", "30sec crazy" etc...
