invalid file format

I have about 15 video clips I have downloaded from the Pond 5 site that will not open and any player (Quicktime, VLC, Windows media player, Realplayer etc. Working with Pond5 tech support now, but really need to get these moving. Anyone have any history with Pond 5 delivering corrupt files?

Call P5 central office in NY. I have never had any problems with P5 downloaded files and never seeing a complaint since I have been here. What type of file are you having problems with Mov/Avi, Mov/h264, Mov/PhotoJpeg, or MP4/h264.

over 5,000 clips at P5, never had a corrupt file due to their end. Other agencies are bad but not here. I'm sure it's some kind of a setting you used. Good luck.

It's probably a codec issue, i doubt the files would be corrupt. I think in such cases P5 provides alternate codecs for buyers to download

the issue jcoffill had has been resolved via e-mail. the problem was that the files didn't download to jcoffill's desktop completely. we have reactivated his transactions and he could re-download the files it their entirety which resolved the problem.
