If you work in a pro workflow environment that requires you to still work with tape, and to finish work to legal broadcast standards, it's crap.
If you are 100% tapeless, and require absolutely no collaboration with other editors, producers, broadcast facilities or a professional post house - then you should give it a whirl.
I'll continue to use the legacy version and AVID Media Composer 5.5
