View ratio per clip?

I was just looking at some of my stats, and was wondering what a good ratio would be, in general, between weekly views per video posted. It looks like mine is something like .9, or nine weekly views for every ten videos I post.

What's your experience? I'm trying to get a handle on the numbers - to see if they can be extrapolated out as my boy continues to add videos.

Guys with 1000+ vids? Have you reached a point of diminishing returns? I mean, the law of large numbers only works to a point.

If, say, I'm selling one clip for every 100 views (I haven't calculated that metric yet, but just for the sake of argument) should that number stay pretty much consistent the more videos we add?

At 880ish clips I sell 1 clip for every 400ish total views, so it varies and it has a LOT to do with subject matter. I have a few clips that have sold 20 times and only been viewed 200 times. A few that get about 500 views per sale and 1 clip that at one point more sales than views.

I don't think views can really be used as a metric.

The views and sales per week are not logged at the same time. sales are delayed a few days whereas views I belief are immediate and up-to-date. For the last three weeks views versus sales were 134;1, 135:1 and 262:1 (views to sales).
I do believe that views as a relationship to the number of clips on line is going down but sales are again going up. A year ago with a couple thousand clips online I think my views to clips online was something like 1.2 and now with nearly 4,000 it's more like .7. Views have a correlation but doesn't always follow sales.
