Changing Prices

I have a clip of a cottontail rabbit. I had it priced when I first uploaded it in 2011 at 10.00. It was downloaded quite often. It was the first rabbit on the page when someone did a search by lowest cost cottontail rabbit. Then I was told that it wasn't the price, but the clip that was seeing it sell often and that it should be higher so I went in and changed it to 25.00 just to test the waters.
I left it that way for over 5 years (really, I'd forgotten about it)...and it's never sold once. For some reason, today the Cottontail clip came to mind and I got to wondering why it used to be a good seller, but now it wasn't. So I went and searched it up. When I saw it was 25.00 then I remembered how I'd raised the price to test the waters.
Now it shows up as clip number 3 if you search by lowest price but it's not sold once in all that time. However the two clips before it are 15.00 ea. so I decided to try changing mine to 15.00 to be on par with those. Pond5 must have changed how much you have to charge for clips now since they won't let me charge less then 25.00. But that clip has never sold for that amount. I'm sure now it sold as well as it did because it was the lowest price clip. Let's be honest...a cottontail rabbit isn't all that unusual or hard to get so anyone is going to pay the least amount they can get away with to purchase a clip of one. I don't mind the 25.00 if that was where all the cottontail rabbit clips stood...but the two before mine that are 15.00 have obviously blocked any sales of mine at the 25.00.
To be fair, I should at least be able to price mine at the lowest price possible. I'd rather have one 15.00 sale on my rabbit per month, then no sales in years! I'm only asking for what's fair. If we're not allowed to price anything lower then 25.00, then it should be that way across the board for everyone. Why are some getting to price lower???
Is there anyone I can talk with about this issue at Pond5? My little cottontail rabbit wants equal opportunity to once again be of value to me!

I think 15$ per clip is for those items with 720p. And 25$ is minimum for 1080p. Look at resolutions of both clips you have in mind.

The cottontail rabbit does not seem to be a subject that sells a lot. I have 4 cottontail online for 3 years and I only sold one once here on P5, but it was sold for $ 68 (FHD). I think that in the future your bunny could be sold for a few dollars more.

Oliver, my burning house footage is my best seller. If I raised it to 300.00 I doubt it would ever sell.
