Page Not Found

I'd still like non-members be able to see my artist page simply by clicking on a link I can paste in social media.

Why not paste that link Jake give you on your social media page?

I did. And it takes you to a 404 page not found.

It is obvious kirk that you are doing something wrong so why not contact Suport@pond5.com for help. I have used that same link that Jake posted for you of course with my own screen name in it for years to log into my homepage.

Hi Jason - I have emailed support - just waiting to hear back. Even in the original email I was sent saying my tunes were approved, and told me to link to my "Artist Page" it led to a 404. I have no problem logging in to my account and seeing my page myself - it's just that when I copy and paste the link form the address bar into an email or FB, it leads to a 404. So hopefully support gets back too me with an explanation. Thanks for your help though!

Just change the screen name.

I didn't get the email, as I just joined. However, people are telling me that it is now working, so all seems good so far, as the FB link now works for people too. Thanks!
