Change thumbnail?

I'm trying to hang the thumbnail for my upload but can't figure out how to do it. There's a drop down menu that offers offset preview, but when I try to use it, it won't process. Any ideas?

Select the checkbox then click "submit" . The change won't be seen immediately, sometimes it takes awhile. It will for sure be changed by tomorrow. Check back later.
