traveling scotland east west and North Ireland

How are you? :)
New to pond5 and forum.
I will be traveling with a Schooner sailship in Scotland from east (Inverness) to west (Oban), to Isle of Skye, Isle Harris and then to north of Ireland, and then going to the west of Ireland.
I got myself a canon 6d for timelapse with a syrp 3axis tracikng kit. Also a sony a7s and a sony rx10 IV for shooting in 4k wildlife.
I will travel 7 weeks so im planning to shoot minimum 500 clips.

So i will shoot a lot of timelapses and 4k clips. i love to hike, so i will do mostly coastal ereas to find nice sunsets and see a lot of villages. Im sure i will travel to exclusive erea's

My question here is,where should i drawl my attention to, to pitch my sales. Is it clever to subject landscape? Or people? And if i shoot people, what can i shoot or not due to regulations.

Ive been in the video bizz now for 3 years and ive learend with determination. I dont mind to work hard. I just need to find info to see if the hard labour will benefit and profit on pond 5.

Please give me info/feedback/critic/links of internetsites with info. I know time will tell and i think my interest lies very well in stock footage.
