Higher resolution without paying full price?

Hi community,
I bought licenses for several stock footages on Pond5 in HD resolution. Now I would like to get the 4K version of the same footage but I am not willing to pay the full price for it since I already spent some money for it. Is there an option to only pay the difference?
Example:
HD at $20
4K at $50
Expected: Pay $30 for someone who already paid the $20 for HD.
Sounds fair?
