ASCAP Work Registration for Pond5 Tracks

When registering a Pond5 piece with ASCAP, how do you describe it?
While it was recorded, it was not recorded for an album / single / EP.
Listing it as being part of a music library seems right, but they want to see details that don't exist, such as CD track number.
What do you fill in?

In case anyone else wonders, ASCAP tells me:
"Please simply register your work as any other work. ASCAP does not take library purposes, track numbers, etc. into consideration when paying out performance royalties. All those fields within your Online Works Registration form are optional."
