Should I upload everything or just the good clips?

Hi, I started making videos about 3 months ago. On SS I have about 200 clips, so now I started putting them here but I was wondering if I should upload everything or just choose the good ones. If you look at my gallery most of the clips I have now is what I consider my good clips (I have a few more which I didn't edit yet) but I guess I have a lot of meh clips as well which I didn't post yet, mostly walking around the city (editorial) or just overall nothing special visually. As I said I started out recently and my goal is to make nicer looking clips for now.

My question is do you think there is any benefit to having a smaller but "nice looking" portfolio or should I add everything I have up to this point? Thanks

Why would you want to show work that isn't the best you can do? Do you want buyers to think that's all you've got? I've gone back from time to time to delete shots and footage I didn't feel were good anymore. Not saying my work is great now, but it's the best I can I can do now. As I get better, many of those will be replaced with what I hope is better work.
Quality not quantity.

Hm, but does that mean purchases happen also from people looking at your gallery? I thought that most of them happen through searches for individiual types of clips.

I don't upload everything, and will pick what I think is the best one or two shots out of several. That said, I'm working on a short film with a guy who bought some Pond5 clips to fill in a couple of gaps in the film. For the most part, the five or six clips he bought were nothing special from an artistic or emotional standpoint. I thought I could easily have made those shots.

In fact, that's what got me started on Pond5. When I saw what he bought, I thought, "I could do that or even better."

The reality is that you never really know what someone else is looking for. You might have a shot of yours all compartmentalized in your mind, only to find that someone else uses it in a way you never considered. That's why it's probably best to upload more videos, rather than fewer.
