New at this ...

I am new from one month ago. I have 224 clips, but the number of visits has almost frozen from several days ago.

I dont know if I should upload more clips untill I sell something or see the visits go up.

Welcome to the site! The visits very likely have frozen due to the server issues and downtime we've been having over the last couple of days. I would suggest uploading more clips more or less constantly, as the more clips you have that are well-keyworded and high-quality, the more visibility your content will have on the site, and the more your views will rise. If you keep your number of clips low, you may see your views plateau.

You need to improve your titles, descriptions and keyword.
Example on your clip "going backwards"

Should be "Passenger boat with people going backwards in bay/harbor"
Keywords should be associated with what is in the clip: boat, ship, vessel, harbor, river, bay, ferry boat, astern, people etc. The location becomes secondary.

I can testify that since this year we have uploaded more and more clips and our sales have grown constantly. July was Best month ever. As Luxorpyramid pointed out keywording is also essential.

I agree about the descriptions and keywords. Use up all the accurate keywords you can. Also, the thumbnails may; need better tweaking. All will will need improvements if you want to see any sales. I have a couple tutorials about http://www.stockvideoseller.com/public_html/topics/ you might want to read. You may also need to select your subjects more carefully. What does your region have that is not represented in the POND5 listings? Industries, locations, etc. Do you have friends with access to factories, farms, interesting visual locations which would be hard to access otherwise. Uploading clips which are over represented here is a great waste of time. Research and choose areas where you have a better chance of making sales. Just uploading content, without researching the market for it, will get you minimal returns. Maximum returns and fewer uploads compute better. Best of luck!
