How Do I post a music file or Video in the forum?

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but a search of the forum didn't bring it back to me. Thanks for your help in advance.

Use the buttons below the text box. If you want to post a P5 clip - use "Clip" button - in next window: insert the clip id - next window: choose 3 player - and the appropriate code will be insertet, then click on the preview button just to make sure that you did it right :)
