About sales

Hi!
I am new in this type of market place, and I have some doubts....
I have lot of footage I filmed mainly in India and Nepal.
It is still under review by pond5 staff, but is focused in religions, traditions from different cities....I was thinking in building a portfolio of 100 clips (if approved) regarding portraits, ceremonies, etc filmed with tripod and good light.....
but I don´t know the "traffic" of sales that can be done monthly....So, how is your experience???

Very beautiful images, Alberto. The quality outstanding. I think the market for these types of clips is limited but there. Certainly you would see some sales over a long period - I would guess. You may want to price high, as they are very unique footage appealing to occasional buyers. You may want to consider selling the images on multiple sites as you'll be going to the effort of converting them to PhotoJPEG and key-wording them. This may help you maximize sales. Consider using www.PicWorkFlow.com to upload to many sites at once, especially if you don't have the bandwidth. If you have model releases the shots are more valuable, if not they can be sold as editorial on Pond5, Revostock and Shutterstock (although on Shutterstock the captioning criteria are time consuming and strict.)
