Replace audio file option needed.

Is there an option to avoid double submitting when I want to replace an audio file with new (remastered/rearranged) version?

or strip out audio would be nice.

We don't currently have either of those capabilities, but the first one is something we may implement in the future. I'm not sure how feasible it would be to strip audio from a video once it's on the site, as that would much easily be done via an export program.

Okay - if that is the case, then why does the default still check the radio button that the video contains audio? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Most of us upload video that contain no audio. But it's a real pain to go back and uncheck that radio button on each clip - particularly when you copy data from one clip to another or several others. Even if that original clip has it unchecked or set to no-audio, it ignores it and resets it to containing audio. - Perhaps I am mistaken and perhaps this only applies to audio stuff such as sound effects and music? All I know is that many of my clips that do not contain audio have the radio button checked as containing audio. Even though I unchecked that on the source (for copy from clip). Make sense? :)

@vidervideo I just checked recently reviewed clips and no audio button was still intact for those clips. Yes it would be nice if the audio button defaulted to no instead of yes but then that is only a small problem compared to spamming, clips in the wrong categories, CGs mixed in with video footage and relevant keywords.

I am about updating my early music tracks with remastered versions - do not want to loose buyers' bin adds when "uploading-new-version-and-deleting-the-old-one" ;)
