Difficulty sending to curator

I'm new to Pond 5 - recently uploaded my first two tracks, spent time (hopefully) getting the title, description, tags right and then tried to send to a curator. A sign came up saying '0 files submitted successfully' - but on each track it says pending review. It's been a week since I first did this - am I doing something wrong here or does this part usually take a while? Any advice gratefully received.
