FTP upload problem

Hello, i'm trying to up load some videos to my new account using Filezilla FTP, but even using Host, my name and password, the remote site window never connect and appears empty.

After you put in the host, username and password information, did you click the "Quick Connect" button. You have to click the button to get connected. If you did click the "Quick Connect" button, then I have no other suggestion for you. Your best bet then is to contact Pond5's support at support@pond5.com.
