Change my Pond5 username and pic

Can anyone tell me how I may change my username and picture? Thank you.

You can not change your username - only Pond5 can do that for you. As far as the avatar (pic) goes, you need to go to your profile (MyPond -> Profile ->Avatar) and load in a new image there.
