Partial payout possible?

I need to cash out a portion of my earnings but don't seem to find any means of doing so. Mailed HQ but no answer after more than a week. Is this indeed the case - that you can only pay out your full earnings at a time?

Try another contact submit to P5. They are easy to work with.

I did mail contact, but no reply. Did so again.

I don't think there is any option for partial payout.

I would suspect (and it is just a guess on my part) that when you request a payment the system is, at least in part, automated. I doubt that when the software was written that the though of putting in an option for "request part payment"!

On that basis it might require a manual intervention that they wouldn't want to do as if 100 artists wanted to do this it could take a long time!

This is not a forum subject. You should discuss it only with support. No contributor could help you in regard to this very particular problem. Pond5.com support is kind enough. And for such a problem do not expect an instant answer.

Support did not respond. Hence my question here - only to check whether I had missed some site functionality somewhere. Anyway, got super service from Tom, and the matter is sorted. Thanks to all for responding.
