Uploads constantly stuck as scheduled for processing

Several times uploads have been held as scheduled for processing and then disappeared a day or so later. Anyone got any ideas why?

I uploaded three videos yesterday. Two were processed quickly and one is stuck in "scheduled for processing." I will probably delete that one and re-upload it.
Edit: I deleted the video and re-uploaded it. Pond5 errored out, telling me that the file was already uploaded and that I needed to rename it in order to properly re-upload it. So I re-named it, uploaded it again, and it processed in an hour.
