Processing Error for uploads

Just did my first uploads... uploads 100% successful, but then when I go to look at My Uploads I might see Processing or not but regardless every successful upload immediately or a few minutes after upload ends up with a Processing Failed in My Uploads. What is going on? These are .tif photo images, about 80MB in size and 12 megapixels in resolution. How am I going to get started with stock on Pond5 if I can not get my photo uploads processed?

you need to upload jpegs pond5 does not accept tiffs convert your tiffs to jpegs and it will work

Pond5 needs to update their info for contributors then, because at this link they state they accept TIFFs

But yes you were right, once I changed my images to PNG from TIFF they uploaded just fine.

glad you got it sorted, i uploaded a tiff a while ago by mistake and it failed, which is why i knew jpegs only, the info shoukd have been updated probably they do not want tiffs because of the file size being 8-10 times greater than a jpeg
