Anti-3D hits Hollywood

People always think one standard will "replace" everything. That rarely happens, 3d will never take over 100%, but it will be a new option.
I think IMAX will be used more too, but it wont totally replace HD or 2k. I also don't think film will ever die, because some people will always prefer it.

The future just has more options. 3d is not a fad, but 2d will never die IMO.

3D makes me nauseous! I can't believe all of the movies coming out in 3D! For what? I am with Abrams... It's dark... It's distracting from the story, and it gives me a migraine headache!

we've never been to a 3D movie, no interest in going. Almost the same with IMAX, been twice and really didn't make it more enjoyable. 3D and IMAX is a niche type business, too expensive to produce and not enough equipment near enough people to become mainstream. Bring back the hula-hoop ;)
