You tube and copyright holder harrassment after license to use is purchased

I purchased a sound track that I use in my videos from Pond5. In fact, it is used in most of my videos. Everytime I upload a new video you tube claims the copyright infringment and I have to fight it for 30 days and then the copyright author will not support the paid Pond5 license. Will some at Pond5 please help me out with this issue and tell the author of the sound track to acknowledge the purchase? Since I cannot place detailed information in this post I would hope that Pond5 reaches out to me at my email so I can give the author, copyright holders, name and the licensed sound track. This has been going on for quite some time now and it is beginning to real annoying and wrong. If the copyright holders are intentionally doing this then I would hope Pond5 banns them from selling their license to use on Pond5 anylonger. FYI ~ I sent the license information that is given to you tube and they said the copyright holder saw it too and still claimed copyright infringment.

What do you mean 30 days? Just fill out the form they have for copyright infringement and your done.

Instead of waiting to be contacted by Pond5, write an email to support@pond5.com . They answer pretty quickly.

Thx everyone and yes to jason I did do that. The Copyright holder still said it wasn't licensed.

I have had the same problem but after filling out the copyright infringement form that ended the problem.

Hi John - We found your ticket from over the weekend - thanks for writing in. My colleague Wesley is writing back to you right now.
We are always happy to help with these cases, and do our best to convince the claimant to whitelist the channel if it happens repeatedly like this.
Just for reference for those interested - to make the claim from our end, we need the following info:
Link to the Youtube video in question
Transaction ID from Licensed Track
Name of Entity Making the Claim (usually Adrev)
99% of the time I see these issues, we are able to get the situation cleared within 48 hours, thanks to our contacts at these agencies.
I hope that helps!
