Submit editorial only video

Hi there. I'm new and submitting for the first time. I'm trying to locate where I can designate footage as editorial use only or is that not an option for submitting?

Hello and welcome aboard!

While editing add a message in the curator notes box as the following:

<<Please mark this clip as „For editorial use only!”>>

I suggest you to use the editorial formatting of title/description(city/date/facts) and keywords(include the keyword "editorial") in use at other agencies as it is useful and really helps.

Thank you so much for this. I couldn't find any clear info about this in the submission guidelines. Maybe I missed it. But I'll follow what you said here. I've got some shots of a local marathon race I want to submit and this info will help.
