Issue with missing clips and profile.

I'm a newish member and have uploaded 7 clips, all approved on the uploads page.
The issue is my profile page only shows 6 clips, the last one is missing and doesn't come up in any search, ID 104742647.
Also when viewing any of my clips the area below the description 'More Videos From Artist' is always empty.
I thought this maybe a cache issue and would resolve after 24 hours but after a week there is still no change.
Thanks for any assistance.

you sure that one got accepted and wasn't either rejected or returned for you to edit?

It's not just you. Everything I uploaded and had approved after March 10th have blank "More Videos From Artist" and "Related Results" on the details page. I'm not sure if this means these clips aren't searchable.
Hopefully whatever the problem is, it'll be worked out eventually.

It was accepted and its status is 'online'. However, I can't find it whatsoever in the store and any searches only bring up my other 6 clips....including the 'about me' page...6 search results.

I'd give it time to see if it works itself out before contacting support. They read these messages here so they may already know about this.

Thanks @ODesigns @CGSciFi for bringing this to our attention. We have investigated and indeed there was a problem with Visual Similarity generation for new clips, starting at that particular date. We have now applied a fix. Be patient, it might take a few days before all results are processed again.
