How to upload a model release for a video clip?

Hi everyone, sorry for the question but I'm new. I can't figure out how to load the model realese form for one of my videos. Can you help me? thanks a lot

Hi Malazzama,
Press your uploads, top of the page just under account and financials you will see releases, press that, on the right blue box, upload property/model releases, done.
Once up, check the box for the video that needs the release go to the bottom to execute, click to go in there and press attach release, attach release box comes up and you choose the release that you need for your video, walk in the park!
