Is there a way of overwriting *all* keywords in my files with a new set via csv?
As background I have uploaded hundreds of images today, a lot with 50+ keywords. I have used excel to delete duplicate keywords & now have a csv containing the new set of keywords for each record. When I upload this, it doesn't seem to do anything?

Before anything, be sure your CSV column names match the CSV column names P5 requires. If in doubt, locate a sample CSV for P5.
1. Go to your "Uploads" tab.
2. Select the clips you want to edit via CSV.
3. From the secondary menu near the top of the page, select "Apply CSV."
4. Click the box that says "Truncate Keywords." You mentioned that some clips have 50+ keywords. The maximum number of keywords allowed is 50. Truncating keywords will limit your keywords to 50. Any excess keywords will be deleted. Also note that your clip title is limited to 80 characters (including spaces). If you have very long titles, you may also want to select "Truncate Name" and then review/edit the titles individually once the CSV has been applied.
5. Under "Command" select "Apply CSV to Clips."
6. Under "CSV File" click "Choose File" and locate your CSV.
7. Click Submit.

You're very welcome. One more note, your title is limited to 80 characters (including spaces), but your description can be significantly longer. Use the description box to give a detailed explanation of the clip-- employing your most important keywords. The description is also where you should provide location/date info for editorial clips. Good luck.
