Hurricane Earl

DAY 1 - Hurricane Earl

Taken 45 minutes before my daughter arrived from Washington DC with my 3 year old grand daughter. Hurricane Earl sent one of its outer bands to make an early visit.

Hurricane Earl (now a Category 4) now menacing the northern Bahamas and central eastern coast of USA.

Hurricane Fiona just 3 days behind Hurricane Earl with a more menacing path.

I need some good shots of stormy seas without any context - no shore or trees or boats or anything. near-dark is best. If you get 'em, I'll buy 'em!

I will go this afternoon to the north coast. According to the Marine Forecast, waves should still be from 6 - 8 feet. The horizon should be dark gray because of Storm Fiona. Right now the sun is shinning where I am. Weather is suppose to change this afternoon when clouds from Fiona cover Puerto Rico.

I think your looking for something similar to this with more choppy seas without the breaking waves near the shore that does not look computer generated:

The sea was not so stormy. This clips I filmed before sunset. I will be out filming the next hurricane Gaston next week if it reaches Puerto Rico.
