Question about shooting Las Vegas Casinos from public streets

Do any of you know what the legal requirements are for shooting Las Vegas casions from the public streets.

Legally you need to have a camera. :) Really there is no issue. During NAB in Vegas this year, camera guys and gals were all over the place shooting stock. Me included. Even inside casinos. Just look like a tourist and no one will say anything. (This is called "stealing a shot"). Of course most of it will be editorial class as it is virtually impossible to avoid trademarks.
