Tectonics - Global
A set of global cartographic composites on various raster and vector canvases illustrating selected aspects of tectonics: tectonic plate boundaries, location of individual plates, location of known volcanoes and stronger earthquakes recorded since the beginning of the 17th century. The project is based mainly on the source materials of prof. Peter Bird.
Sentinel satellite mosaics
Regions of countries. The collection is based on the Sentinel-2 mission sources, and therefore inherits its limitations. For many regions, I was not able to obtain a set of satellite shots with little cloudiness and the target compositions sometimes consist of graphically heterogeneous materials. The size of the illustration also varies - the size limit of the basic composite is 10000px. For smaller areas, the lower limit is the resolution of the original raster. Generally speaking, the project is quite original and difficult to implement due to the heterogeneity of resources and the need to use advanced selection procedures and composition methods.
