WHAT IS THE REVIEW TIME FOR VIDEOS AND PHOTOS??

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE REVIEW TIME FOR VIDEOS AND PHOTOS IN POND5

Up to 14 working days, weekends don't count. Public Holidays don't count too.

It has been over one month on my video and nothing. Who can we talk too about how long this review process is taking? I am an exculsive contributor. It would make sense to me to have them looked at in a reasonable time frame. My SFX all reviewd with in a couple of days at the latest.

Same with me. My Animated videos along with camera captured videos are taking too much time for review.

Also Exclusive, I have 3 videos that have been waiting 6 weeks at this point.

There was a post earlier, apparently Pond5 has had layoffs and lost all their reviewers so it's over a month now for video, they are using resources from Shutterstock.

I have had nearly 500 videos "Pending" for 3 weeks. That was many, many hours of my time, so I've likely lost some sales over this. It's disrespectful to contributors. They also aren't answering email. I'm wondering if Pond5 is going under, these are usually the signs.

I have been under review for about a month , where could i ask how much longer it will take?

In answer to killer image you won’t have lost much as you set your prices so low you are earning very little at £29 per video so around £12 per sale or less than 2 beers in London 😀
