Yeah, some of the lens are pretty resonable.
Or just get the EOS to M4/3 adaptor and use your existing lens.

It says built in SSD but I believe it doesn't actually have the SSD just a place to slide it in. Also, from what I can see they are strictly video and no photo capability?

You're talking about the 4K camera right?
That has a slot for an SSD card not one built in.
Yes, strickly video but if you shoot DNG it's technically a still photo (30 DNG photos a second) but you would be shooting at 60th of a second so motion blur would be a concern.
