Stupid rejection reasons...

I think it's a mix of business and art for many people here. Would people still post their clips to be used in commercial work for free? Sure... they do it everyday on flickr and other outlets to give away their stuff. Heck, they do it here too.
Many people do attempt to make a living off this, and they also succeed. Just like ebay, fiverr, etsy and other outlets where the threshold to get in and start selling is very low. It's just something you have to deal with. Stay professional, deliver a professional product, and people will hopefully find their way to you.. unless the search is horrible and they never get to you. That's why distributing to other sites often times makes sense to up your odds of being found.
I would love to be on the front page all the time for search results! The customer can't buy what they can't find.

I just had 81 clips rejected for being 2.5k in size.. Never was a problem in the past.. I have hundreds of clips at 2.5K.. A lot of camera film at that resolution. Arri Alexa, BMCC, go pro etc.. These are what my clips look like:
All the clips were steady cam type shots that got rejected. After reading this forum I wonder if I should up the price of my clips. Its a freakin expensive camera rig I use to film this stuff.

The last two clips it's easy to count each step you made. Not the best stabilization. But I guess that was not the reason for the rejections. It would be good to have a public notification to not upload anymore 2.5K to save the Artists as well as curators a lot of time.

With more than 9000 files you should know that mpeg is out since a whole while. That's not new and shouldn't be a theme.
Now my newest reviews were 69 clips accepted and 9 clips rejected. 6 clips of the 9 rejected were roses flowers, so i thought before that they won't accept these. But why don't try?
About fair curation i can't complain. Last not least it seems to be a question of getting a curator who makes his job well.

VB did not accept mpeg4, only 4K you still can upload mpeg4.
Change them to PhotoJpeg and re-upload again.
