BACKCAST LIFE is not-for-profit inspiring participation in the passions that resets ones mind, body and spirit. A Temporary respite from life commitments that may leave you drained in a life going way-to-fast. This collection are journal entries of the passions that help me return to the daily grind happier, healthier and more balanced. Maybe these will inspire you to pursue something new, return to something forgotten or just let you virtually reset for a moment.
