Quiénes somos
Elizabeth "Betsy" Phillips grew up in Washoe Valley and currently lives in Carson City Nv. From an early age she loved to draw and take pictures. With each picture she created, she developed a love to create and inspire others with her unique way of looking at the world. Betsy enjoys working with many kinds of mediums such as photography, painting, resin, woodworking just to list a few.
