Award-winning photographer and filmmaker Kostas Metaxas began his career in Magazine Publishing in 1986 as the Editor/Publisher of 2 magazines - Vive la vie and Vive la Cuisine . Since 2000, he has diversified these titles into Broadcast Television and has produced over 500 hours of documentaries on these subjects.
