Born and raised in Kenya, Africa - now living in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. Dave, also known as Sultan Makendé, has had many film and TV successes including: Sex in the City, The In Laws (Michael Douglas) and countless sitcoms, documentaries and other programs.
