William Smyth is the recipeint of the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts 2014 Fellowship in Film and a 7-time Emmy award-winning filmmaker and photographer. His work has appeared on MTV, Discovery, The Hallmark Channel and local television stations in Boston and Providence.
