GPP sales of 4k clip for $7.69. WTF is this?

They really should put the opt out options back on the preferences page. Contributors deserve to have a choice about participating in these various plans.

Who are these GPP partners? How many video stock websites are there anyway? Adobe, Getty, these come to mind but how many and who does P5 partner with?

If our clips are being marketed by these partners how does that work? Do our clips show up on their sites just like they do here? Are they searchable on those sites like they are here?

I noticed that there are stock agencies on here with hundreds of thousands of videos, at least one i have seen has 2.5 million this agency advertises for content then sells it through various agencies, so a similar business model to what we are seeing here, the problem is that there is now massive dilution, I am exclusive here but now i see microstock looming something I avoided, i have a small number of videos and images this hardly encourages me to upload tag and title when that video priced at 99 dollars i get 60 for then turns into 5 or 6 dollars. as for the above quote of many partners licence content at a higher price ?? what is many and why are people not saying wow i doubled my money.... if i start to get sales at ridiculous amounts i will not contribute anymore

Total dissaster, very huge gaps without any sales…

Anyone else have any info for us? Are all of you having the same experience as the OP (I haven't yet).

Yes, those are GPPs-LPPs at the end of every month... if you get any of them on those sites... and there are quarterly reported GPPS, in first days of the month (next ones expected on May)...

As I was just uploading more clips I saw this:

"As an EXCLUSIVE Pond5 contributor, all footage content you upload is only available on the Pond5 marketplace." it sounds good but "marketplace" now seems to mean P5 and all its contributing partners. It would be a world of difference if it said "...on Pond5" but it doesn't

Did the previous contributor agreement just say "Pond5"?

My first GPP sale netted $14.80...??? My second GPP sale netted $1.68...Huh???
