Upload system is real catastrophe and pain - Please Fix It !

30-40% of my uploads must be uploaded twice or 3 times to be editable. Some uploads appear nowhere, others are not in row and endless processing or also more often processing errors happen.
Hey Pond5, please fix the basics before adding any new features. More and more uploading becomes a real pain and wasting time. No one other agency has such bugs, it's only here and it's a shame :[

PLEASE FIX UPLOADS!!! It does not matter how I try FTP, site loader all get errors and is really slow! I have to try over and over. Can you do a speedy upload from Dropbox here?

I also continue to get processing errors on many clips.

Yup more than 15% fails to process today. Have to rename and try again. Kinda real expensive on a restrictive bandwidth.

I wasn't having problems until last week.
Now if I upload videos I have to double check if they show up,or not.
If I re-upload via the web client I get an error saying they have already been uploaded.
But they don't show up.

Renaming them as Don suggested may work but would be a huge pain in the ass keeping track of the new names to keyword.

Weird. No problems here sending video or stills here.

That was May 10th when they were having issues.

Uploads still don't work properly!

I'm struggling to upload 30 files since yesterday with FileZilla.
Larger files (~500 MB) fall into uploading 'loop' - as soon as file reaches 100% it starts to be uploaded again.

- are you aware of this bug and are you working on the solution?
- what's the status of this bug?
- did you estimate when the fix will be delivered?

Yeah, having similar issues. Very time consuming.
