Discontinue Subscription

You have the freedom to modify or discontinue your subscription at any time from your Subscription Page. By canceling, you will be losing all the benefits of your current subscription package, including the 10% sitewide discount on yearly plans, and any rolled over or unused downloads. Your cancellation would go into effect on your next renewal date. Make sure to take advantage of any of your remaining downloads.Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase for eligibility. Using downloads from the current subscription can void refund opportunities, so ensure all actions are finalized before requesting a refund.

Discontinuing Subscription

  • Sign in to your account.

  • Hover the cursor over the account avatar.

  • Click on Dashboard > Account > Subscription.

  • Scroll to the middle of the page next to Change Your Plan and click Cancel Subscription.

  • Confirm by selecting the reason.

  • Click Submit.

    Note: Your Subscription will remain active through the end of your current term.

  • After canceling your subscription, you can regain access by resubscribing, which may include additional benefits in some cases.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible. After this period, refunds are generally not viable as the revenue is transferred to the content owner. Also, unused downloads from previous months will be voided when a refund is issued, so it is highly recommended to use any remaining downloads before you initiate a cancellation or refund request.

Refunds cannot be processed if downloads from the current subscription have already been used. If eligible, refunds typically appear in your financial records within 3-5 business days.

Canceling your subscription’s auto-renewal is an important step to prevent future charges, especially if refunds are not an option. If you cancel and later decide to resubscribe, you may receive added benefits, such as extra downloads, as compensation.
