How Do I Get Paid for Earnings?

Selling your files? Referring people to Pond5? Learn how to get paid!

  • Log in to your Pond5 account

  • Add a payout method on your Dashboard

  • Choose between PayPal, Skrill, and Payoneer for secure electronic payment transfers.- After selecting your preferred payout method, complete the required verification steps, such as updating your payment information and ensuring your account credentials are accurate.

Please note:

  • Payments are processed in batches throughout the entire day on the 15th; please be patient. If you have not received your payment by the 16th, please email our Customer Support department at support@pond5.com with your email on file and username.

  • If you haven’t reached $25 just yet, we’ll roll your earnings into the following month.

  • You can set up an automatic payout on the 15th of every month within your Payout preferences. Simply check the box that says "Automatically send payment when balance reached $25. Payments are made the 15th of each month."

    • If you'd prefer to be paid once, then let the rest of your earnings accumulate, please also check the box, "Send out payment this month ONLY."

  • To ensure you receive your payouts in a timely manner, please make sure that your payout preferences are always current and up to date.- Note that payouts via Skrill incur a 4% processing fee, while PayPal and Payoneer typically have no additional fees charged by Pond5.

Referral payouts are processed by the end of the 15th of every month when you have earnings of $25 or more.

If your account is only receiving payouts from referrals, it is the same info as above:

  • Log in to your Pond5 account

  • Add a payout method on your Dashboard

  • Choose between PayPal, Skrill, and Payoneer for secure electronic payment transfers.- After selecting your preferred payout method, complete the required verification steps, such as updating your payment information and ensuring your account credentials are accurate.
