Born in London, raised in Brighton. As a child - played violin, piano, electric guitar. Started writing songs as a teenager. Recorded demos on 4-track tape recorder. Next - Signed to Sony BMG, toured extensively as lead-singer/songwriter for rock band The Upper Room, released two UK top 40 singles.
